Types of Tendons & The Sound of Birds

What I Learnt:

There are people with short tendons & there are people with long tendons. Turns out you are born this way and to a large extent it affects the kind of exercises you are naturally good at.

People with short tendons are better at short & explosive movements. And people with long tendons are more suited to doing slow movements that depend on endurance.

Random fact”, you might say. And am sure there is so much more to tendons & the kind of exercises you are naturally good at. But for someone who is making baby steps towards getting fitter each day, every bit of knowledge is interesting.

What Made Me Happy: Waking up to the sound of birds. Yes, they were actually so loud that I woke up. There was a thunderstorm last night, so perhaps they were just celebrating the new day.

Maybe that is something I should do more often.
